Attach whatever you already have: the contract, drawings, programme or correspondence.

What to have ready.

None of this is required. It makes the first twenty minutes worth more.

  • What the project is, where it is, and the stage it is at.
  • The documents that matter: the contract, drawings, specification or programme.
  • The dates that drive it, and any deadline that is already running.
  • For a dispute or claim: the claim or payment schedule, and any notices issued or received.
  • For a system or process: how the work is done today, and where it breaks.

If a statutory deadline is running, put the date in the subject line. Security of payment timeframes are short and are generally not extendable. Losing one can end an entitlement regardless of the merits of the claim.

Or use the form.

Or write it down. It goes straight to the person who will answer it, and nowhere else.

Working Australia-wide. Interstate projects are run remotely as a matter of course, with site visits where the work warrants them. No shopfront.
