Services
Eight lines of work.
They look like different services. They are the same judgement applied at different points on a project: knowing what goes wrong, and dealing with it before it does.
Most of this work is cheapest before you need it.
Every line below is available as a one-off piece of work or as an ongoing arrangement. Where a job needs a lawyer rather than an advisor, that gets said in the first conversation.
Client-side project management
Running the project from the owner's side of the table, with someone who has sat on the other side of it.
02Contract administration and superintendency
The certifying role, run properly: assessments made on the contract and on the evidence, and documented so they survive scrutiny.
03Dispute resolution, claims and expert support
Preparing, defending and resolving payment claims, delay claims and contract disputes, and telling you early when a claim is not worth running.
04Tendering and procurement
Getting the tender and the contract right, because that is where the risk is priced and where it stops being negotiable.
05Value engineering
Finding cost that can come out without taking performance with it, and being clear about which is which.
06Process and systems analysis
Working out why the administration keeps failing, which is usually not a software problem.
07Global supply and manufacturing sourcing
Sourcing manufactured building product offshore, with the compliance and quality risk handled before it arrives on site.
08Machine learning systems for construction
Applied artificial intelligence for construction: bespoke systems that read, reason over and act on the information a project runs on.
